1. Eligibility for Refunds We offer refunds under the following conditions:
The item received is defective or damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is missing essential parts (excluding freebies).
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is provided.
Clear photos/videos of the defect or issue are shared with us.
2. Non-Refundable Items We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind or personal preferences.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
3. Refund Process

Our team will review the request within 3 business days and confirm eligibility.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Replacement or Store Credit If you prefer, we can offer a replacement for the same item (subject to stock availability) or store credit instead of a refund.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
